Blackwell’s day to day business and operations are managed directly by our Indonesian team from Lombok, not run remotely from overseas. That local presence is what has allowed us to build the relationships, permissions and site knowledge that a development like Terra Flora Kuta depends on.
Sixteen years of operating in Indonesia has given us a genuine, long term footing in the country, rather than the short term posture of a single project developer entering the market for the first time.
